Pioneering Digital Imaging

AGFA HealthCare helps launch the digital imaging era with one of the world’s first radiology PACS: IMPAX®. A new vision for digital radiology begins.

2002

Strengthening Innovation Through Acquisition

With the acquisition of Mitra, AGFA HealthCare deepens its expertise in digital imaging and lays the foundation for Enterprise Imaging innovation.

2005

Extending Imaging Leadership Into Cardiology

AGFA HealthCare is selected by Accenture to deliver digital imaging management for the NHS National Programme for IT—one of the most ambitious health IT projects of its time.
That same year, the acquisition of Heartlab expands AGFA HealthCare’s leadership into cardiovascular imaging.

Bringing RUBEE® AI to Imaging IT
