What an incredible achievement! In June 2026, AGFA HealthCare’s amazing team completed the Hike4Helis Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, raising more than £1600 for their UK Charity of the Year, Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

The challenge saw Iain Eyres, Clair Walker, Rob Harwood, Brad Miles and Mark Hebblethwaite take on the iconic Yorkshire hiking route in support of this fantastic cause. The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge covers approximately 24 miles (38.6km), including the summits of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, all within a 12-hour target.

Supporting the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity was a natural choice for the team. AGFA HealthCare UK’s head office, and much of their valued customer networks, is based in Yorkshire. The charity provides rapid, life-saving emergency care across the region, working alongside the NHS every day as a vital emergency service. They rely entirely on charitable donations to keep their helicopters flying and its critical care teams responding when they’re needed most.

The challenge was an opportunity to give something back to this incredible healthcare community. While the miles were long and the climbs demanding, team spirit remained high throughout the day, with everyone empowering each other with the renowned AGFA spirit.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of colleagues, customers, friends and family, the team exceeded its fundraising expectations, and contributed to an impressive £15,000 raised by all Hike4Helis participants.

AGFA HealthCare is proud to have both played a part in supporting a local charity, and honoured to support healthcare provision in the region.
