The versatile, ceiling-suspended DX‑D500 can handle a very comprehensive range of X-ray exams, from general radiography to emergencies and pediatrics. At the same time, it has the flexibility to be configured to the specific diagnostic needs of almost any facility. You can tailor it with a two fixed detector radiographic table and wall stand; a CR radiographic table and fixed single wall stand; or a fixed detector wall stand only.

The slim design of the DX‑D 500 makes it ideal for use with even your less-mobile patients, while you will appreciate the ergonomic,single-hand operation.

MUSICA2 image processing software for superior contrast detail and consistent image quality

The 'gold standard' MUSICA² image processing software has been specially adapted and tuned to enhance the excellent DR image quality. Exam-independent, it delivers consistent image quality and high contrast detail. The superior image quality also gives the potential for significant dose reduction.

Integrated NX workstation, for a more efficient workflow

When a specific type of exam is selected, the appropriate X-ray settings are automatically transferred and displayed on the X-ray generator console

Ceiling suspension: ease of operation

The overhead tube crane suspended from the ceiling operates with a touch-sensor keypad, for complete flexibility, whatever image is needed. It can be operated with just one hand and lowered a full 1500 mm. The compact, telescopic design allows it to be installed even on low ceilings. It offers both automatic and manual tracking and collimation.

Radiographic table: accessibility for all patients

With its foot-operated brakes and motorized height adjustment, the DX-D 500's radiographic table leaves your hands free for cassette handling and patient positioning. Its narrow table base provides excellent accessibility for all patients, including children and severely-injured patients.

Tiltable wall stand for both upright and prone positions

The DX-D 500's wall stand bucky can tilt from +90° to -20°. The vertical travel range extends from 350 mm to 1900 mm above the floor level.
